Startup Setup Pack (One-time support)

What does the Startup Setup Pack include

Our administrative  support covers the key steps involved in  setting up your business in Luxembourg. We help you organise the paperwork and document required at each stage, making sure nothing is missing and that everything is prepared correctly before it gets submitted to the relevant authorities. The exact steps depend on your business type and situation which is why we start with a conversation

In practice, it means we take the administrative burden entirely off your plate. Once you have committed to working with us, we collect the documents required for your specific situation, handle the application and filings on your behalf and manage the process from start to finish. You are kept informed at every stage without needing to do any of the administrative work yourself. A formal mandate is put in place so that we are authorised to act on your behalf giving you full clarity and confidence that your your information is handled professionally and securely.

No. LuxPartner Services handles the administrative side of your business setup: document collection, filing, preparation and process management. Where the process required a notary, accountant or other qualified professionals, we factor this into the scope and coordinate accordingly. The legal and financial work is carried out by the relevant qualified professionals. Our role is to own the administrative process so that nothing falls through the cracks and you never have to chase anyone.

Yes, completely. No obligation, no invoice. It’s simply a chance for us to understand your project and explain how we can help.

If you should decide to move forward after the call, we will send across an intake form to be filled out. This captures the details of your project so we can build a written proposal tailored to your situation. Once you confirm you are satisfied with the proposal and sign the service agreement, LuxPartner Services formally takes over the process on your behalf. Nothing moves forward until you have committed in writing.

Once you commit to working with us, a formal mandate is put in place authorising LuxPartner Services to act on your behalf. This is part of your service agreement and gives you full clarity on what we are authorised to handle. Your documents and personal information are treated with complete confidentiality throughout the entire process.

It depends on your situation and how quickly documents are gathered. Most clients complete the setup phase within 2 to 6 weeks.

No problem. We can step in at any stage even if you are halfway through and feeling stuck.

Ideally before you start but if you are already in the process and feeling stuck, we can step in at any point.

Monthly Partner Plan

What does the Monthly Partner Plan include?

The Monthly Partner Plan provides ongoing administrative support tailored to your business. Services may include document organisation, administrative coordination, deadline tracking, follow-ups, compliance reminders, and other agreed support activities.

The exact scope of support is defined in your written proposal and service agreement.

No. The Monthly Partner Plan is designed to complement your business by providing external administrative support on a flexible basis. While it can help reduce the need for additional administrative resources, it is not intended to replace a dedicated full-time employee.

Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Startup Setup Pack and transition to the Monthly Partner Plan once their business is operational and requires ongoing administrative support.

Business needs naturally evolve. We review the scope of support regularly and can adjust the service where appropriate. Any significant changes to the scope will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Yes. The Monthly Partner Plan is designed as an ongoing support service and requires an initial three-month commitment.

After this period, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

If we both agree that the service is a good fit, you will receive an intake form and a written proposal outlining the recommended scope of support and monthly fee.

Once the proposal is approved and the service agreement is signed, onboarding begins and support can commence.

Confidentiality is a core part of our service. All client information and business documents are handled with strict confidentiality. Where appropriate, authority to act on your behalf will be defined in the service agreement or a separate written mandate.

Start with a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll discuss your business, your administrative challenges, and whether the Monthly Partner Plan is the right fit for your needs.

If it is, we’ll guide you through the next steps from there.
